The GuilloMax Plus Paper Cutter is a heavy duty manual paper cutter, with a cutting length of 18". It's ready to cut down to size full reams of paper, quickly and accurately. It even has a laser guide for precision cutting of paper.

The safety features of this cutter are evident with the protective shield on both sides of the cutting blade, which arrests the cutting action if the shield is raised.
