Shipping Details
Standard orders will be shipped from various warehouses in the United States and will be processed within 5-15 business days, that qualify for Free shipping is by UPS at the discretion of Finitura.com. Free shipping is only valid for ground shipments that are over $200.00 purchase excluding tax, & over-sized items, to the Contiguous United States USA. Shipments to AK, HI, Canada, or expedited shipping will incur additional costs. We do not ship to PR or any International Destinations. Orders that are placed under $200.00 will incur a UPS Charge based upon Weight and package dimensions, per order. Some items on our website must be shipped via truck and cannot be delivered by UPS or FedEx. Dock to dock shipping is available for additional charges. Call us for a freight quote. Additional shipping charges may be incurred for residential delivery, lift gate service and inside delivery. If additional charges apply, you will be notified before your order is processed.
Over-sized Freight Items

Need Your Order Faster?
We know there are times when ground shipping just isn’t fast enough to meet your needs. We will do anything we can to make sure you get your package when you need it. Contact us for faster shipping methods. Shipping charges will apply. When ordering items overnight, warehouse closes shipping at 2:30 pm EST. Warehouses are only open Monday through Friday, we do not ship on the weekend.

1 Day Shipping is UPS Day Air Early AM or Standard Next Day delivery (Delivery next business day after ship date additional shipping charges will apply)
Finitura Returns:
Returns are at the sole discretion of Finitura. If approved for RA number, We will accept returns within 15 days of your original purchase with a 30% restocking charge. Sadly, after the 15 days, we cannot accept returns. If you need to return something, please contact us 1-800-886-2463 for a Return Authorization. Return shipping will be the responsibility of the sender. Any products received without a return authorization cannot be accepted.
In order to qualify for a RA number, supply items need to be unused and in resalable condition. No writing on the boxes., no stickers, unopened, just the way they were received.
- Any items that are ordered special, direct from manufacturer, special colors, size or Custom items such as imprinted materials and service parts (blades, dies and cut sticks) cannot be accepted for return.
- All Equipment is non returnable.
- Large items that must be delivered by truck are non returnable. Any damage to these items must be recorded on the bill of lading and is signed upon delivery.
All returns are at the discretion of Finitura and must have an assigned Return Authorization (RA) Number. This RA Number must be requested within 15 days of receipt of merchandise. Requests made after 15 days will not be authorized. All returns are subject to a 30% restocking charge. except in the case of defective product, product damaged in shipment, or product received not as ordered.
The return must reference the RA Number on the shipping label
Shipping charges are non refundable unless product was received defective, damaged in shipment, or not shipped as ordered. Returns not meeting these conditions have to be returned to Finitura at the customer's expense. If any product is damaged in shipment, please do not sign for that item, and let the driver know of the damage.
No returns and/or exchanges will be accepted if merchandise has been used or if original boxes are marked, written on, damaged or have stickers on them.
No returns will be accepted if merchandise was custom produced, including custom size product or custom imprinted product or custom built equipment or custom built dies.
If your RA is approved, once the product has arrived back to Finitura for inspection, please allow up to 30 days to process refunds. No refunds will be made until product is returned.
