Modular Wire CloserThe Akiles WBM-532 is a heavy-duty modular wire closer that allows you to easily close all standard binding wires (from 3/16" up to 1-1/4" in diameter, in either 3:1 & 2:1 pitch) and up to 14" in length and longer. Its simple-to-use & all-metal construction design guarantees high productivity and durability.

Stand Alone Design: The WBM650 modular unit is designed to also work as a stand alone unit, thus no additional holding device is required.
Open-ended Closing Channel: allows closing of wires in any length, including those wires longer than 14".
Wire Closer Control: provides fast & accurate setup of the wire closer. Gradual adjustment guarantees a perfect wire closing result, regardless of the type of wire being used.
Closing Mechanism: Vertical
Built-in Wire Holder: holds the wire in position, so that punched sheets can be easily & quickly inserted into the duowire. Works with both 3:1 & 2:1 pitch wires.
Built-in Diameter Size Selector: measures documents thickness, in order to determine the best wire size option.

Akiles WBM-532 Set-Up
- Based on Diameter Scale reading, on the Master Selector you will determine: Wire Closure & Wire Size
- Set Wire Closer Control to the wire closure size determined from Step 1.
- (If needed) Use Master Selector to identify the size of your wire.
Akiles WBM-532 Inserting
- Insert pre-selected wire into the Wire Holder.
- Insert document from last pages to first pages then insert front cover. The back cover should be inserted last with inside facing up.
- Take out inserted document from Wire Holder to close the wire.
Akiles WBM-532 Closing
- Put inserted document into Wire Closer. The wire element must stand horizontally at the bottom of Wire Closer.
- Pull Closer Handle forward to close.
- Take out document and turn back cover over. The binding is complete.
