Thermal binding machines produce beautiful, durable books for business uses. Finitura has the Coverbind 5000 Thermal Binding System and compatible covers for sale online. Craft custom books for all your work needs, like conference agenda, important business proposals, or quarterly reports.
The Coverbind 5000 Thermal Binding machine has a bind capacity of 3” paper. A 2.5” binding plate fits documetns up to 14” wide. This thermal binding machine is small enough to fit on a desktop but durable enough to bind hundreds of books an hour. After a warm up time of about a minute bind up to 500 pages and 15 documents per minute.
You can bind paper back or hard back with a super strong bind. Glue is a durable EVA adhesive with an embedded book binding fabric. Get an exact 8.5” x 11” flush cut edge without any overlap or lip.
Custom Thermal Book Covers
A variety of different covers let you customize the appearance of your finished book. The Ambassador on Demand thermal covers are specifically designed to work with the 5000 Thermal Binding System. They have a debossed center rectangle with glossy printable label for making your own cover. The border of the covers are available in:
- Black
- Navy
Each cover can be individually customized to enhance your special reports and presentations.
- Available in spine sizes from 1/8" - 1". Between 1 and 225 sheets.
- Standard size cover is 8 1/2" x 11".
- Other colors and sizes can be manufactured to your specifications.
